Is there an acceptable and realistic one-state alternative?

How may human rights be protected in any peace settlement?

June Jacobs

Patron of the Jewish Council for Racial Equality, International Council Member of the New Israel Fund and Board Member of the European Women's Lobby. Former posts include President of the International Council of Jewish Women, Chair of the Board of Deputies’ Foreign Affairs Committee, Founder Chair of the National Council for Soviet Jewry and Vice-Chair of the International Centre for Peace in the Middle East.

Antony Lerman

Head of a major grant-making foundation supporting Jewish life in Europe. Former Executive Director of the Institute for Jewish Policy Research. Member of the Black Jewish Forum and of the Advisory Committee of the Holocaust Exhibition at the Imperial War Museum. Has written widely on Jewish affairs, especially on the issue of anti-semitism.

Dr Tony Klug

International relations specialist and author of numerous articles on the Middle East. Ph.D thesis was on Israel's occupation of the West Bank. Advocate of a two-state solution since the early 1970s. Formerly served on the Editorial Board of New Outlook, as head of international development at Amnesty International and as Co-Chair of the Council for Jewish-Palestinian Dialogue.

Professor Margaret Harris

Professor of Voluntary Sector Organisation and Chair of the Centre for Voluntary Action Research at Aston Business School, Birmingham. Current research focuses on religious organisations and bridge-building between antagonistic identity groups. Member of the Steering Committee of the Jewish Forum for Justice and Human Rights
